OTC launches footwork camp Circle Up

Circle Up is a footwork summer camp operating on the south and east sides of Chicago offered to over 100 youth dancers at no charge in 2018-19. Participants learn to footwork as they explore dance history, video-making, costume design and DJing with top Chicago artists.
