Without the support of our philanthropic community, OTC would not be able to provide front-end financial, administrative, technical and planning support to cultural leaders. Because of the significant upfront and ongoing investments by OTC’s founders, we will be able to direct 90% of all outside funding for OTC in 2019-20 directly to our projects. We are grateful to our funders, donors and partners for their generous support and belief in OTC's mission. OTC is a charitable, tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code.
